HOW-TO:

1. Shake well until both layers are emulsified.
2. For a dewy finish, apply before or after skincare to create a glowy base. After finishing makeup, spritz onto a beauty tool and apply onto areas where you want a glassy, glossy finish.
3. To create a skin-like finish, spritz onto a beauty tool and apply after powder to melt into the skin, softening texture without leaving a powdery finish.
