We want you to love your about-face products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all orders placed through our official store. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, apply the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
